A Harvard University alum, Ethen has a track record that includes founding and successfully exiting ventures like Armatic.io and being part of the founding team for Blast.com alongside the founders of Acorns. He is passionate about leveraging entrepreneurial strategies for the greater good. His commitment to social progress and community empowerment serves as the driving force behind Pathways for Progress. Ethen has also played a pivotal role in initiatives such as Learn and Earn, a program that partnered with Junior Achievement, positively impacting over 100,000 families. His leadership inspires our team to envision and implement innovative solutions, ensuring that our organization continues to create positive pathways for a better future.
Fay Yuan
Fay, Co-Founder: Fay, is a Co-founder and serves as the Program Director at Pathways for Progress. A graduate from the University of Pennsylvania, Fay combines her academic background with nearly a decade of experience in project and product management. As a Co-founder, Fay has been instrumental in shaping the vision and mission of Pathways for Progress. Her commitment to creating positive change is evident in her work, where she plays a pivotal role in designing and implementing programs that directly address the needs of underprivileged individuals and communities. Fay's extensive experience and passion for education and empowerment shine through as she leads initiatives that bridge educational gaps, foster community cohesion, and empower individuals to overcome challenges.
